Rapid Weight loss After Pregnancy
Weight loss after baby often takes 6-12 months.Today I am going to share my journey of loosing weight from 65kg to 55kg after my second pregnancy.I want to mention ,before my first pregnancy,I was about 45kg because I was skinny and my height is about 5 feet 2 inches.During my first pregnancy, I was about 63kg and after giving birth,after 6 months of postpartum, my weight gradually decreased and I got back to my original body shape naturally because I was young, i think that's the most important factor of getting into shape .I didn't make any effort because I don't eat too much.It took about 6-12 months to see progress in rapid weight loss.
During my second pregnancy,I put on too much weight and I was hoping that I would be in shape just like It happened after my first pregnancy,but I was wrong.At that time,I decided to lose weight at home as my baby was too small I didn't have time to go to gym.I did some useful exercises at home which really did magic.Oh !I forgot to mention that my baby was born with only 2.2 kg ,it means I gained much weight as compared to my baby.
So I am going to share my go to workout tips which really helped me to shed extra weight.
Warm-up Exercise
Warm up exercise is necessary before begin with other exercises.It actually prepares your body for work outs.Do this warm up exercise only for 5 minutes.
Squat is good exercise for reducing fats on hip,and thigh areas.It also stretch belly fat.Do this exercise for 5 -7 minutes in few days,but gradually increase the time.If you feel exhausted, then take a rest.After getting normal start working again.
Knee-to-Elbow
This exercise stretch the belly fat and also for abs.But I find it useful for losing belly fat.Do this work out for 5-7 minutes at first then to increase the duration according to your will.
Alongwith Knee-to-Elbow exercise,this exercise also adds pressure on the belly to reduce the fat rapidly.Do this for 5-7 minutes or take as much time as you can afford.
Plank
Plank is for whole body stretch but you feel whole pressure of your body is on belly.Do Plank for about 1-2 minutes at first because its very hectic exercise but beneficial for whole body weight.After some days,you will find you can do its side planks also.At first you will find it difficult but again,do this with your will power.
Climber Exercise
You have seen how climbers climb over mountains, just like that you will do this exercise.Do this for 5-7 minutes ,increase the time after 2 to 3 days.
This exercise is for house wives to remain active and healthy.In this position, the whole body stretch and make body active.Do this exercise for about 7 minutes or as much as you can hold your body in that position.
Being a woman,we just don't ignore this part of the body.Women find it saggy and bigger in size.Women also do some exercises to lift them up.Do this exercise as much as you have energy to this workout.
