Today I am going to share my journey of loosing weight from 65kg to 55kg after my second pregnancy.I want to mention ,before my first pregnancy,I was about 45kg because I was skinny and my height is about 5 feet 2 inches.During my first pregnancy, I was about 63kg and after giving birth,after 6 months of postpartum, my weight gradually decreased and I got back to my original body shape naturally because I was young, i think that's the most important factor of getting into shape .I didn't make any effort because I don't eat too much.It took about 6-12 months to see progress in rapid weight loss.
